Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship ONLY within the United States (including Puerto Rico).

We use USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive and USPS Express Priority Mail which typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive.

Customers can track their order via USPS. Customers will receive their tracking number via email once their order is placed.

We are not responsible for the package once it is delivered to USPS. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages.

Once an order is placed and paid, customers cannot make changes to an order. If your order hasn't shipped, we might still be able to cancel it and offer a full refund. You can then place a new order with the change.

Wrong Address: We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we did not receive the correct information.

COVID-19 Pandemic: Due to the world health crisis, customers could experience delays to shipments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

NESSA has a very strict return policy. All sales are final. No exchanges or returns available. Your payment may be returned only if the customer received a damaged item. If the customer received a damaged or defective item, please send us images of such item to our email and we shall proceed with a claim.
